The double abrasive-free blasting performance of BRISTLE BLASTER® is here

The Bristle Blaster® handheld mechanical device is now also available in a “DOUBLE” version, with a double cleaning area of 46 mm width.

Bristle Blasting is a new process that uses a specially designed rotary bristle tool to remove corrosion and create an anchoring profile. Bristle Blaster achieves surface roughness up to 120 µm (Rz). The bristle tips are designed to strike the corroded surface with kinetic energy equivalent to a standard blast media process. As a result, the treated surface has the texture and visual clarity of a traditional blasting process.
