The TTV 4500 multifunctional axial fan convinces with its flexibility of use and redefines economy. It's not just the possibility to connect up to eight 100 mm hoses. When you attach a filter set, it is also suitable for dust extraction. The combination of a powerful axial fan and sophisticated system accessories for connecting different air hoses or dust bags makes the TTV 4500 an extremely versatile solution for ventilation, air circulation, dust extraction and cold or warm air transport, even over longer hose distances. Thanks to the variable accessory modules, you only need one fan at a time, and with the TTV 4500 you can perform a variety of tasks that would have required several units in the past. Like all high-performance fans in the TTV series, the TTV 4500 has been specifically designed to meet the most demanding practical requirements in harsh environments with long life and reliability, even in material-intensive continuous operation in frequently changing locations. Unlike standard conveyor blowers, the TTV 4500 is also ideally suited to effectively support condensation dryers in the construction industry. This high-performance unit allows for strong, high-volume air circulation, which leads to faster evaporation: the higher the flow rate at the surface of the material, the faster the drying process. Depending on the design, the combination of the dryer and the TTV 4500 can reduce drying times by up to half. The TTV hose adapter can be connected to the fan on both sides for extraction or ventilation. The use of two hose adapters allows the combined use of a hose for air transport and a dust bag for extraction of dirt particles. A proven alternative to reduce dust is the extraction of dirt and dust particles. Trotec washable dust bags have an air permeability of max. < 0.1%, meet dust class M and comply with DIN EN 60335-2-69 for the use of filters in machines and dust extraction devices.
