Detailed description

A novelty in the field of hot melt spraying is the highly efficient mobile plastic spraying system IBEDA® PLASTIC FLAME SPRAYING SYSTEM F311 FX-S, which enables optimal coating of surfaces with various thermoplastic synthetic materials. The new system enables coating of metallic and non-metallic surfaces with thermoplastic synthetics. Using this process, the plastic powder is heated with a special flame spray gun and then smoothly dispersed over the applied surface by application. During spray application, the powder is in a liquid state and consistently coats the coated material. This creates a weather-resistant layer with a homogeneous surface structure.
