The ISO comparator allows you to estimate surface roughness by sight and touch. The standards are available in versions depending on the use of the blasting agent (GRIT - grit or SHOT - shot). Roughness standards are used to compare the surface roughness with the pattern indicated on the standard. ISO comparators have four different profiles to make the evaluation as accurate as possible. Etalon is supplied in a protective case. Comparators shall be used when conducting tests in accordance with ISO 8503-1, ISO 8503-2, ASTM D 4417 Method A.
