Robust and highly efficient IBEDA® UNISPRAYJET powder spray gun for hot powder spraying with oxygen flame. Function and safety are guaranteed by the gas mixture system based on the injector principle. The spray gun is supplied with a shut-off valve to open and close the gas flow without changing the setting. The following working gases can be used: acetylene, propane, hydrogen in combination with oxygen and also compressed air used for cooling purposes. UNISPRAYJET is designed for universal use, in cases where the need to protect surfaces against wear and corrosion must be considered. Thanks to its modular design, the standard UNISPRAYJET can be used for many applications (e.g. with water-cooled attachment, etc.).
