IBEDA® DURALOYPLUS powder spray gun for hot spraying with self-fusing alloys. Most types of metal surfaces can be coated with DURALOYPLUS provided that the melting point of the surface is higher than the working temperature of the applied alloy. During the operation, the powder particles pass through the flame and then onto the applied surface. The connection is achieved by melting the base metal. Compared to the DURALOYPLUS, the DURALOYPLUS offers even more convenient handling thanks to the integrated quick release. When the operation is interrupted, the previously set gas mixture is maintained. Therefore, there is no need to spend time readjusting the mixture when setting up the next operation. This is very advantageous for applications with frequent interruptions.
