The IBEDA® DURALOY (HA-BOND) powder spray gun adds durability by hand spraying thin protective films on surfaces and over edges. It offers the application of high quality coatings to protect against abrasion, corrosion, erosion and cavitation that can be applied permanently and economically at low cost. Metal powders are melted and sprayed onto the surface with a gas/oxygen flame. It is possible to achieve a Rockwell hardness in the range of 25-65 HRC. Subsequent processing of the material is possible by post-production.
