Hempadur Mastic 45880 is a polyamide adduct cured, high drying epoxy coating. It produces a hard and strong coating, has good wetting properties and cures at low temperatures. Complies with EU Directive 2004/42/EC, Paint Directive on the restriction of volatile organic compounds: subcategory j. The coating is compact and compatible with Hempel’s Multi-Tint® system. Hempadur Mastic 45880 is recommended as a self-setting, surface-resistant coating system or as an intermediate or topcoat in systems where low VOC content and high film coverage are required. The product can be used when extended new coating properties of polyurethane topcoats are required. It can also be used directly on zinc silicate or sprayed onto plated surfaces. The product can be used for minor repairs in areas below the level of immersion. The coating is compact and compatible with Hempel's Multi-Tint® system.
