Detailed description

AIRBLAST® SGV (1") mixing valves are used to control the dosing of abrasive into the compressed air stream at the outlet of the blast vessel. The AIRBLAST® SGV (1") valve is suitable for dosing heavy or aggressive abrasive materials such as steel shot and shot or corundum. The design of the SGV prevents the valve body from contacting the abrasive stream. The abrasive current is only in contact with the rubber insert, which can be quickly replaced if worn. The amount of abrasive is regulated by closing the rubberized tube with an adjustment screw.
