The AIRBLAST® Pipecoater – I is a spraying device designed to apply a uniform coating to the inner wall of pipes with a diameter of 90 mm to 180 mm (4″ – 7″) without the need to rotate the pipe. The AIRBLAST® Pipecoater - I is a spraying device designed to apply a uniform coating to the inner wall of pipes with a diameter of 90 mm to 180 mm (4" - 7") without the need to rotate the pipe. In general, any type of paint that can be airlessly sprayed can be applied with this equipment. To achieve the highest efficiency, one person should operate the application equipment while another person runs the tool through the pipeline. Airblast Pipecoater provides an innovative and effective solution for coating the inside of pipes or other cylindrical structures. The PIPECOATER-I can be connected to a suitable airless spraying device with a minimum ratio of 45:1. The equipment is available in four variants to suit tube lengths of 2, 4, 6 or 12 metres and nozzle sizes from 0.018" to 0.043" (the size of nozzle used will vary according to the type of paint applied).
