The application of this instrument is suitable whenever industrial processes require a lower humidity content for preventive maintenance or goods and raw materials sensitive to ambient humidity during transport and storage. This dehumidifier has a reliable silica gel desiccant rotor that is washable and mechanically highly stable. In addition, the TTR 160 has an integrated operating hour counter and a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) regenerative heating system. The standard 4-pole socket for external circuits allows the TTR 160 flexible remote control via an optional hygrostat, timer or other externally switched devices with Tuchel sockets.
