Half mask against gases and fumes with particulate filters. The 3M™ 6000 Series Half Mask is designed for minimal maintenance with maximum simplicity and comfort. They are designed to require minimum maintenance and maximum ease of use and user comfort. All masks in this series use the 3M™ bayonet filter attachment system for quick and easy filter changes. It comes in three sizes (S - 6100, M - 6200, L - 6300).

The 3M™ 6000 Series Reusable Half Mask is a medium-sized, economical, low-maintenance mask with a simple design made of an elastomeric material that is lightweight and comfortable to wear during long shifts, with a head harness and neck strap with an easy tightening method. It provides protection against gases, vapours and particles and features a bayonet mount compatible with a wide range of lightweight double filters to suit individual needs. The dual-filter design balances the mask evenly and the low profile means minimal field of view restriction and better compatibility with welding and grinding shields. It can be used with 3M™ air inlet units for added convenience and flexibility and can be connected to all 3M™ 2000, 5000 and 6000 Series Filters (except 3M™ 6098 and 6099). The 6000 Series has a specially designed range of spare parts and accessories to help maintain the right level of comfort and protection when certain parts are worn or damaged.

This product has been tested according to the relevant European standards:

  • Half mask: EN140 (6100, 6200, 6300)
  • Filter parameters: EN143 (5911, 5925, 5935, 2000, 6035 series); EN141 (6051, 6054, 6055, 6057, 6059, 6075, 6096)
  • Flammability EN140 (6100, 6200, 6300)
  • Respiratory resistance: EN141 (6051, 6054, 6055, 6057, 6059, 6075, 6096); EN143 (5911, 5925, 5935, 2000, 6035 series)
