MAL MECHATRONIK® mobile equipment for suction and recycling of metallic abrasives

The swimming pool at the Prague Exhibition Centre boasts a new surface treatment. In addition to the other technologies used, also thanks to the mobile metal abrasive suction and recycling system MAL® KOMBI++ from MAL MECHATRONIK® supplied on the Czech market by CORROTECH TRADE s.r.o. The unit was used by the implementation company in the process of abrasive blasting of the substrate for the application of coatings, for suction and recycling of the mixture of metallic abrasive with the residues of the original coatings with the possibility of recycling and further use of the abrasive in other parts of the inner part of the pool tank. Thanks to the use of MAL MECHATRONIK® suction and recycling equipment, tons of waste were not accumulated – as with the use of disposable abrasives with the need for disposal – and the whole process showed significant environmental, time and cost benefits.
