Decontamination of internal parts of drinking water pipes with FALCH® technology

Using the ultra-high-pressure water jet (2,500 bar) FALCH® technology, the internal parts of the drinking water intake were cleaned of sediments and residues of the original coating, which supplies drinking water to more than one million consumers. For the process itself, a rotary robotic attachment designed for 1,600 mm diameter pipe and a mobile waterjet blasting unit FALCH® Trail Jet 125 2500-26-0-d with an operating pressure of 600 – 2,500 bar, diesel-powered. CORROTECH TRADE s.r.o. supplied the complete ultra-high pressure system to the implementation company, including the necessary high pressure hoses, couplings and the necessary on-site training of personnel.
